Knitting/Crochet Circle
Mondays, 9:00 am–12:00 pm (except holidays) in the Hearth. Bring a project, learn a new skill, or share yours! Tools and yarn available for beginners. Free, all welcome.

Chair Yoga 
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10am-11am. Returns Tuesday, Sept 2! Join us online & in-person). Contact Debbie for details or to get the new link.

Cribbage Group
Wednesdays, 12:30–3:00 pm in the Hearth or North Social Hall. Play, snack, and socialize! $1 admission (coffee), plus small game fees. New players welcome.

Repair Exchange MONTHLY at the HSCA Flea Market- SUNDAY, AUG 31!
We’re excited to host the Repair Exchange each month alongside our Sunday Flea Market! In partnership with the City of Calgary and the Arusha Centre, community volunteers will be on hand to help fix broken items and give them a second life.  

Join us on: Aug 31, Sept 28, Oct 26, Nov 30, and Dec 21.  

Don’t toss it—repair it!

COMMUNITY BULLETIN BOARD

  • The City of Calgary has launched the Improved Public Spaces Impact surveys, both online and in-person. These surveys are designed to gather feedback on how completed public space projects within the Established Area Growth and Change Strategy are serving local communities—whether they’re meeting residents’ needs, expectations, and helping communities thrive. Please give them your input to help guide future improvements by completing the survey here.
  • Things to do in Calgary- invites you to join in on fun and social pickleball in our community. They are hosting weekly at HSCA and all skill levels welcome. To view schedule or for more information, visit their website or download their app.
