"Eco-nomic" Tips for Your Business!

Winter warmth and energy savings tips

Winter is fast approaching, and with that comes the cold weather. Stay warm and keep energy costs in check by following these easy tips!

Clear air vents: Ensure vents are unobstructed to decrease your energy use by up to 25%.
Enhance insulation: Seal ductwork and gaps around doors and windows; use pipe insulation to prevent heat loss and consider window film for added warmth.
Use passive heating: On sunny days, open the blinds to let the heat in. Keep the blinds closed on windows that don’t get sunlight.
Choose LED holiday lights: They use 75% less energy and last 25 times longer than incandescent bulbs.

Are you a building owner?
