Official Plan Review Public Survey

The Town of The Blue Mountains has launched a public survey to gain community insight for Phase 1 of the Official Plan Review project.

The survey can be completed until April 29, 2022 and can be accessed by visiting the project webpage. Paper copies are available at Town Hall and The Blue Mountains Public Library.

The survey will help the Town understand key priorities and themes to consider within the next phases of the project. Known as 'The Blue Print,' the Official Plan Review will set the vision and direction that shapes the Town's growth, development, and protection to 2046.

Reminder of Spring Road Maintenance

Street sweeping is scheduled to begin once the roads are dry to clear sand and debris left behind from the winter. After the roads are cleared of sand and debris, line painting will follow.

Gravel Road Grading
Gravel roads will be graded where needed once the roads are dry to eliminate potholes, gravel issues, and other surface deficiencies created by the winter weather.

Boulevard & Road Sign Repairs
Town crews will conduct inspections in May to repair damaged boulevards and to replace damaged signs throughout the community.

Residents are reminded that all road maintenance issues can be submitted online 24/7 using the Town’s Online Service System.
