Exploring Darkness

While the days are slowly getting longer, the winter months still have expose us to long periods of darkness.

Although adults have come to anticipate this, the increased darkness can come as a surprise to your child.

They may begin to feel nervous or fearful of the darkness, when it may not have bothered them before.
