Happy Fall! Welcome to the season of cozy sweaters, warm lattes & teas, and crisp autumn air. It's a lovely time of year, when the days are still long enough to do evening activities and warm enough to participate in summer activities. The cooler weather often brings me indoors for fitness & yoga classes, which I am extremely happy to say that Group Fitness classes have been up and running since Sept. 20!
While midterm season is upon us with the commencement of fall, I hope you find solace in the events and programs we have in store to keep you entertained during your much needed midterm breaks. Go green by biking to work/school with GoByBike week, give Disc Golf a chance, make a new bestie at group fitness, and enter a team into the race of the season - Dirty Dash!
