The Multi-lot Allocation Application Form for Aspen Ridge Phase 5 and Brighton Phase 1 is now available. A minimum of 15 lots is required to participate in the Multi-Lot Allocation. 

The deadline to submit your completed application form and preferred lot selections to Saskatoon Land is Friday, May 28, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.

Fall Standard Lot Draw

If you are not interested in purchasing 15 or more lots, we will be having a standard lot draw following the Multi-lot Allocation. The estimated timeframe for the standard lot draw is October 2021. The lot draw application and more information will be sent out closer to the date.

Saskatoon Land office remains closed until September 1, 2021

Our office will remain closed to the public due to Covid-19 until September 1, 2021. Our business operations continue and our team is available during regular business hours. Limited in-person appointments can be scheduled if required. Please contact Saskatoon Land at 306-975-LAND for any assistance or clarification regarding the multi-lot allocation application.
