Launching December 8 - MyPermit now supports Rezoning Applications

Starting December 8, 2025, Rezoning Applications can be submitted online through MyPermit, Richmond’s digital application platform. The launch also introduces a new online payment option for Demolition Permit applications, making the process even more convenient.

MyPermit streamlines applications with:

Self-guided, step-by-step navigation
Dynamic forms that show only the requirements relevant to your specific application
A save for later feature to complete your application at your convenience
Online payment capability for eligible fees
