Essential Work Skills for Newcomers - April 2025

The Essential Work Skills for Newcomers Program is accepting registrations! This free 4-week program supports newcomers to gain knowledge and skills to succeed in the Canadian workforce.

Dates: Monday April 14th β€“  Tuesday May 13th 2025

Success Story - Sarah Dmytruk

In honor of World Autism Awareness day on April 2nd we want to highlight the inspring story of Sarah Dmytruk. Sarah was drawn towards working in the trades industry after trying a welding class in high school. Once she was no longer a novice she began looking for career opportunities. It was then that Sarah was diagnosed as being someone with High-functioning Autism.
