The Ottawa Hospital's new campus reaches milestone as next stage of procurement begins

 

The Ottawa Hospital has reached another milestone in its plans to deliver a new state-of-the-art hospital in the nation’s capital, as the Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking a design and development team for its construction is now closed.

The closing of the RFP marks a critical step in planning as Infrastructure Ontario and The Ottawa Hospital will now evaluate the RFP submissions, and a development partner is expected to be announced in early 2024. Read more.

The inpatient mental health unit at the new campus will replace and expand the unit at the existing Civic Campus, enhancing mental health care for patients across Eastern Ontario.
