Introducing the New PVN Learning Series:
Explore What Matters Most to Patient Partners

Health Quality BC (HQBC) is excited to introduce a new learning series for Patient Voices Network (PVN) members, designed to address what you told us you needed most to improve your experience as patient partners.

The PVN Learning Series features a series of one-hour educational webinars that focus on relevant, practical and accessible information about topics you identified through our recent Focus Group and Pulse Check survey as what matters most to you. The first three sessions in the series will explore cultural safety, equity and system-level quality improvement.

The goal of the learning series is to support the growth of PVN patient partners by reducing barriers, strengthening capabilities, and creating more ways to connect, learn and contribute to meaningful change in BC’s health care system with increased skills and confidence. Through this, we hope to further foster meaningful connections, support diverse opportunities, and provide a platform for you to feel heard as equal partners in creating quality health care.
