THE BEDFORD SOUTH REPORT

HRM Seasonal Parking Restrictions

Hi everyone,

The holidays are upon us and while this should be a joyous fun time of the year, many are having a difficult time. So let's all remember to spread the warmth of the season to those around us and let them know people care and are there for them.

Thank you for all your support this past year and my staff and I have really appreciated talking with so many of you and always try to help you as best we can.

Stay safe and may your holidays be filled with joy and good cheer, and may the New Year of 2024 bring you peace and happiness. Warmest wishes everyone from my family to yours. Happy Holidays!

Braedon, Caitie, Beau, and Heidi Clark

All the best,

Bedford Lions Community Food Pantry

The Bedford Lions Club has started a community food pantry—a collective effort to ensure no neighbor goes hungry.

At the heart of our community, this pantry operates on a simple yet powerful concept: residents and businesses contribute unopened, non-expired, non-perishable food items and personal care products. These generous donations, both big and small, come together to form a lifeline for those facing food insecurity or challenging circumstances.

The pantry not only provides essential sustenance but also fosters a sense of belonging, creating a circle of care that transcends socio-economic boundaries.

Everyone is invited to contribute and partake, making our community stronger and more resilient.
