Katherine Roger is our 2022 winner of the Adrian Semmelink Memorial Award, commending Kat's contributions to sustainable agriculture as a scholar, activist, and artist! The Adrian Semmelink Memorial Award has been made available annually through gifts from friends and family in memory of Adrian Semmelink (1991-2020), who made the world a better place through his research on sustainable agriculture and farmer practices.

Join the Student Symposium for IRES PhD Candidate Rumi Naito and MA Student Josh Travers' presentation! Rumi will discuss the impact of conservation messaging on reducing demand for exotic pets and promoting public support for policy change. Josh will present his research on dominant conceptualizations of circularity of plastics. Come to their talks!
