Take care around wildlife

We live in a wildlife corridor and can expect to share the area, especially the river valley, with many animals. It is important to remember not to:

  • feed wildlife (as indicated in the Town’s Deer and Wildlife Feeding and Attractants Bylaw (28-21)
  • approach any wild animal
  • leave pet/bird feed outside in reach of deer or other wildlife

Responsible pet ownership

A friendly reminder to please clean up after your dog. Pet litter is a significant health concern and is an unsightly mess in our natural areas, parks and along our pathways.
