Webinar – Online Course: An Introduction to Public Health Ethics

In this webinar, co-presented by the NCCHPP and the NCCMT, we will discuss how the NCCHPP’s online course in public health ethics was developed and then we’ll offer an overview of its content. Then in order to illustrate its relevance and utility for the public health sector, a health professional will discuss the ethical challenges she has faced in professional practice, as well as her experience in taking the NCCHPP’s online course.

Call for Volunteers for the Advisory Committee

In partnership with the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, the Canadian Urban Environmental Health Research Consortium is developing online tools that will help people easily access, use and contribute to data on healthy urban environments. They are establishing a volunteer Advisory Committee to ensure a broad perspective reflecting the interests of environmental health professionals, urban planners, and community advocacy organizations.
