Learn about your tuition waiver benefit during our semi-annual benefits webinar on April 15

One of the more unique benefits available at UBC is the Tuition Waiver benefit. Find out how to use your tuition waivers and how you can transfer credits to your eligible dependents. This session will also include a high-level overview of your benefits coverage and highlight how to get the most from your benefits.

Don’t miss out: utilize your Health Spending Account and Personal Spending Account by the March 31 deadline

If you have unpaid extended health and/or dental care claims dated between January 1 to December 31, 2024, that you would like reimbursed from your HSA, they must be received by Sun Life no later than March 31, 2025.

Create a healthy workplace with HWIP funding

If you have an idea to create a healthier workplace, then the Healthy Workplace Initiative Program (HWIP) is the opportunity to do just that! Faculty and staff can access up to $3000 in funding for a variety of wellbeing-focused initiatives.
