Older, Wiser, Livelier, Seniors (O.W.L.S.)
O.W.L.S. is designed for seniors living with mental health challenges and/or cognitive decline, offering opportunities for social connection, gentle physical activity, and mental engagement. This VCH Mental Health and Substance Use Services program takes place at Westwinds every Tuesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For registration, contact 778.894.3200 and ask for Shannon.
Caregiver Support Group
Trained volunteers provide practical and emotional support for caregivers in a welcoming, group setting. Drop in to socialize and connect with others. Offered by Sea to Sky Hospice, this program runs at Westwinds on the last Tuesday of every month, 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Choir with Ian Brown
Love to sing? Join Ian Brown’s Choir Class and let your voice shine! Every Friday, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The 55 Activity Centre. Don’t miss it—make Fridays your favorite day of the week!
