Call for applications: Minister’s Advisory Council on impact assessment

The Minister of Environment and Climate Change is seeking applications from individuals with varied experience and diverse backgrounds who are interested in serving as members of the Minister’s Advisory Council. This will ensure the Council can continue providing broad and inclusive views that reflect regional perspectives and diversity of experience. The Council is composed of seven to 12 members, including the Chairperson, and members are appointed for four-year terms.

Call for Application: CASCADES Summer Institute on Sustainable Health Systems

UBC has partnered with CASCADES (Creating a Sustainable Health System in a Climate Crisis), ELESH (Emerging Leaders for Environmental Sustainability in Healthcare), and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR-IHSPR, CIHR-IPPH, CIHR-III) to host a hub in Vancouver for the second annual Summer Institute on Sustainable Health Systems.

The Summer Institute will to be held the week of June 19 – 22, 2023, in-person at 11 hub locations across Canada. A virtual hub will be offered for those unable to attend an in-person hub.
