Happy Automn !

Hello,

Summer is over. While fall is full of beautiful days, we all wish summer could last forever. Kids are back to school, and soon Thanksgiving will be upon us. Then the sprint to the Holidays. Our calendar is already full of important dates, and we already are feeling a bit overwhelmed! But we’ll find ways to get everything done. Our team is hard at work preparing the QACP stand for the very popular Tête à Tête, organised by the Ottawa-Gatineau CSAE. The event will celebrate its 30th year on January 29th, 2020.

Keep up to date this fall. We will be sending out newsletters like this one. They always start with our acronym, QACP, and contain information about our services (always free), our members and news about you, our business tourism event organisers.

I hope you will take the time to read it, and forward it on to your colleagues when you find it important. Even better, why not have them sign up for the newsletter? And give us a call when you are looking for a location for your next event, or simply to provide us with feedback. We love hearing from you, and it motivates us to serve you even better.

General Manager

Organize your Office for Ultimate Productivity

Etiquette expert Julie Blais Comeau examines your work environment and how to clean it up to improve efficiency.

''Like you, your office projects an image. The majority of employees judge the state of their colleagues’ offices in terms of their efficiency and their ability to do their work.

What does your workspace say about you? Does it look inviting and trustworthy? Then what about your credibility; could it be harmed by the state of your office?

The kids are going back to school and after staggered summer vacations, the full team is back at work. Take advantage of this effervescence to organize your environment so that it shines confidence and credibility, just like you. As a bonus, your efficiency and productivity will be increased.

Organizing your office starts with inputting in your schedule. Assign half a day or do it one-hour or even half an hour at a time. You think you don’t have the time to stop everything? Organize your schedule to organize yourself ;-). Seriously, this investment of your time will be your best return on investment for the next quarter, or even the full year.''
