Coquitlam Hosts Virtual Information Session on Provincial Housing Changes
City Responds to Community Feedback Following October Info Sessions

Coquitlam will hold a virtual session on Tuesday, December 3, from 6 – 8 p.m., to provide further information on the City’s approach to implementing provincial housing legislation changes. This session will focus on Transit-Oriented Areas, neighbouring shoulder areas, and key corridors in Southwest Coquitlam, and also include a brief overview of Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing. Have your Say and Take Our Survey by December 3

Share your feedback on future changes to Pipeline Road from Guildford Way to Lincoln Avenue. Next year, the City will upgrade intersections and reallocate space currently used for parking to build a separated micromobility lane. These changes will improve safety for all road users and link key areas in City Centre for active transportation.
