What is the MIP?

The MIP is an online education program for separating couples.

Funded by the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, it is mandatory for those with family court files, and available to the public as well.

Delivered live, the MIP covers:

• How separation affects adults and children

• Legal considerations

• Court process

• Mediation and other dispute resolution options.

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Time: 12 p.m. to approximately 1:30 pm

And— MIP Presenters receive up to 6 substantive hours a year for presenting the MIP. Presenters are supported with training, a detailed script and administrative support.
