1. BACK-TO-SCHOOL SURVEY

2. REMINDER: MANDATORY CODE OF CONDUCT SIGNATURE

From your first registration at Polytechnique Montréal you will have to electronically sign the code of conduct through Polytechnique's learning management system, Moodle.

A course entitled "Code of conduct - Clusters - GO-Poly" is now available in the dashboard and course list of your Moodle account. 

Take some time to read the content of this course and complete it (sign it) before the deadline, on SEPTEMBER 30, 2024.

3. THE LOUISE-LALONDE-LAMARRE LIBRARY
Finances

Located on the 7th and 8th floors of the Lassonde buildings, the Louise-Lalonde-Lamarre library offers a multitude of services to support your academic and extracurricular projects.

Also, please note that all communications from the school will now be sent to your Polytechnique e-mail address only.

5. IMMIGRATION

The deadline for arriving in Canada to maintain registration for the 2024 fall term was September 10. If you have not been able to arrive by this date, do not come to Canada. Instead, send us an email at etudiant.echange@polymtl.ca.

Counselling
If you have any questions or issues regarding your immigration documents while studying at Polytechnique Montréal, the Student services offers you the following resources:

  • An International Students website with useful information on immigration document renewal, right to work on campus, off campus, post-graduation work permit, health and hospitalization insurance for international students (ASHEE), etc.
     
  • If you haven’t found the information you were looking for, come and see a counsellor from the Student services during the quick consultation periods without an appointment, which take place from Monday to Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., room C-240.
     
  • You can also write to the counsellors at sep-international@polymtl.ca.

**Please note: new time slots are available for issuing the student ID, including evenings. Make an appointment now.**
