Donor Spotlight

Meet Doug Walsh and Janice White—BCIT School of Health Science alumni and new planned giving donors. Doug works as a Sonographer at Valley Medical Imaging, and Janice is a Medical Lab Tech working with LifeLabs.

“We met in the medical field in a small clinic in Dawson's Creek—so BCIT brought us together.

While redoing our wills we realized we wanted to do something meaningful. As alumni we know that BCIT's reputation is well-earned, and a BCIT education sets students up for success. Given our experience, planned-giving to help others on their path was a no-brainer."
- Doug Walsh and Janice White

Thank you Doug and Janice for supporting BCIT and BCIT students through planned giving. Learn more about giving at BCIT
