School immunization records

Hastings Prince Edward Public Health is currently sending out notices to parents/guardians for all students who do not have up-to-date immunization records with Public Health, in accordance with the Immunization of School Pupils Act. This may result in your offices receiving more calls requesting client immunization records and/or appointments.

If a client contacts your office for their record, verbal confirmation is not sufficient for Public Health to update the record on file.

To help these patient families get their immunization records up to date, please send the immunization record to Public Health or provide a copy to the parent/guardian so they can provide it to Public Health.
