Beach Reports

Going to the beach to cool down? Check out our Beach Reports page before you head out! Each summer, we monitor water quality at several of Nanaimo’s most popular swimming spots to help ensure the water is safe and enjoyable for beachgoers. Regular testing also helps protect local ecosystems and supports the health of wildlife that depend on these waters.
