Richmond Launches Overnight Commercial Truck Pilot

The City of Richmond has launched a one-year Commercial Truck Parking Pilot Program, adding approximately 65 designated overnight spaces in key industrial areas, including Fraserwood, Ironwood, Mitchell Island and Vulcan Way.

Available from 7 pm to 7 am for permitted Richmond-based operators, the pilot supports goods movement and will help inform long-term truck parking solutions for local businesses.
