Permit Turnaround Times - Target Updates

As part of our ongoing commitment to being national leaders at permit turnaround times and customer service, we have updated our target goals as of June 1, 2020, to better reflect expected capabilites and to set the bar even higher for meeting the needs of our customers in a timely manner.

We are achieving this through a number of initiatives through the Cornerstone Project, including but not limited to:

• Implementation of complete application checks
• Electronic Plan Review capababilities
• *June 22, 2020 - Commercial Permit Applications online
• Re-engineering and streamlining our business prcoesses
