Santa waves at passersby outside MLA Ma's Community Office during her Open House.

Dear --

There is no shortage of things to say about the politics of the legislature, global economic uncertainty, and local issues here on the North Shore... but at the end of the day what really matters is the health of our community and the people that we each love and care for. To that end, for my last MLA's Update of 2025, I simply want to wish you all a safe, warm, and peaceful winter holiday season filled with joy and the love of people who matter to you in your life.

Merry Christmas, Happy Yalda, Happy ChannakuhHappy Kwanzaa, Happy Festivus for the Rest-of-Us, or any other winter holidays you and your families might celebrate... and a very, very Happy New Year. May the year of 2026 be kind to all of us.

--Bowinn Ma, MLA
North Vancouver-Lonsdale
