SAD NEWS FOR THE CLASSICAL MUSIC WORLD

It is with infinite sadness that we have learned of the sudden death of the conductor and artistic director of the Orchestre Classique de Montréal, Boris Brott.

We all knew him very well and had known him for a long time. We appreciated everything he brought to the Canadian music community!

On my behalf and on behalf of all the members of I Musici de Montréal’s extended family, we would like to extend our sympathies to Boris' family and loved ones.

Jean-François Rivest
Conductor of I Musici de Montréal
