Hey YOUth!
Make a Difference

Join the Coquitlam Youth Council and make a difference in your community. As a Youth Council member, Coquitlam residents in grades 10 to 12 can provide feedback, ideas, and suggestions on City-wide initiatives, programs, and opportunities for youth.

Connect with peers, gather opinions, and advocate for a youth-friendly community. Plus, youth will have the chance to give back through active volunteering.

Summer Renovations
Upcoming Glen Pine Pavilion Closure

Glen Pine Pavilion will be closed from August 16 to September 3 as we upgrade the facility with fresh flooring and a vibrant new paint job. The facility will reopen to public on Wednesday, September 4. The Lemon Tree Café and kitchen will also be closed from August 14 to September 9 for the installation of new kitchen equipment.

Glen Pine Activity Groups and Clubs
Drop-in for Greater Flexibility

This fall, Glen Pine Activity Groups and Clubs are transitioning to drop-in activities for greater flexibility. You can still enjoy the same great services and activities, with the option to pre-register up to 7 days in advance to secure your spot. Use your ONE PASS or your Financial Assistance for Recreation (FAR) credits to register. The Fall 2024 Senior's Guide is now available online.

Accessing financial support for Coquitlam’s recreation services is easier than ever. The Financial Assistance for Recreation program offers qualifying residents 50 free drop-in visits plus a $225 credit for admissions, passes, programs, lessons, and more.
