Thank You, Seed Library Donors!

Thank you to everyone who has come into the library to donate seeds to the Seed Library! New vegetable, herb, and flower seeds have been arriving (and going out!) regularly.

If you would like to contribute, we welcome your donations of seeds (homegrown or store-bought) and funds towards this collection.

How does the Seed Library work?

  • Take free seed
  • Grow plants
  • Save seeds
  • Donate seed next year!

Find gardening resources and more information about donating seeds to the Seed Library on our website.

The Bowen Island Seed Library is a collaboration between the Bowen Island Public Library and volunteers from the Bowen Gardeners group, Bowen Agricultural Alliance, BICS Student Garden Club—and you!
