LOOKING BACK ON DECEMBER 8TH CONCERT

On Thursday, December 8, we had the actor André Robitaille at our In Dreamland concert, which was held twice at the Pierre-Mercure hall of the Pierre-Péladeau Centre. We also met on stage percussionist Mélissa Lavergne, and dancer Max Pollak.

I MUSICI WORKSHOPS IN SCHOOLS

Faithful to their educational mission, your Musici animate different musical workshops in school. These meetings offer children musical experiences adapted to their levels of learning. Better than anything: they prepare our audience of tomorrow! In short, a trio of IMM musicians visits classes and hosts educational musical sessions, for example, making bridges between known melodies and great classical composers. Students are also invited to share the emotions they feel listening to the musical excerpts, while becoming familiar with the vocabulary specific to the orchestra. We finish this in style, in class, on January 17, 2023, with other workshops to prepare them for the concert on February 2.
