2025: Turning Progress into Results

2025 marked a turning point for workplace safety and recovery in Nova Scotia. Thanks to the efforts of employers, workers, and partners, we recorded the lowest injury rate in the province’s history, more people returned to work sooner, and earlier support helped speed recovery — adding 83,000 working days back into the labour force.

In this video, employees from across WCB share the moments that matter most in their work — helping people stay connected to work during recovery to delivering timely decisions and payments. These stories reflect what can be achieved through shared effort and collaboration.
