An additional storm system is set to arrive Sunday, continuing into Monday. Rivers are expected to rise rapidly on Friday, and potentially into early Saturday in response to rainfall. Rivers in the area may experience enhanced hazard for high flow during this period. While these levels may not be high enough for specific flood concerns, high flows and rapid rises in rivers can pose a hazard for road washouts and public safety for recreationalists. The River Forecast Centre continues to monitor the conditions and will provide updates as conditions warrant.
