On May 9, join PVN and the BC Patient Safety & Quality Council for a “What Matters to You?” webinar focused on sharing our new “Conversations That Matter” resource! 

This resource provides tools to support providers, patients, families, and caregivers in having meaningful conversations about care. This is a learning- and skills-based webinar open to anyone who wants to improve their communication skills and drive positive change in the health system.
