Patient Engagement in BC Is Evolving
and so Is Our Team!

Since the BC Patient Safety & Quality Council started administering PVN in 2015, the province’s patient engagement needs have grown and evolved along with the size and diversity of our network. Now, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve improved our structure to work more effectively, prioritize support where our partners need it the most and achieve our vision for the future of health care improvement in BC.

 

Our new blog post details the changes, which include the creation of three new roles in our Patient & Public Engagement team and adjustments in the way we support patient and health care partners across the province. There’s also an interview with our new PVN manager, a familiar face you may have met before!
