The Fraser Highway One-Way Project will improve the area for our businesses, residents, and visitors. It includes replacing aging underground infrastructure and revitalizing the Fraser One-Way with more greenery, new gathering spaces, and better pedestrian amenities.

This newsletter aims to keep businesses and residents informed of planned, ongoing, and completed work.

Ongoing and upcoming works

Preparation for roadway curbs

The roadway is being prepared for the installation of new concrete curbs separating the sidewalk from the roadway.

Did you know? This helps keep rainwater from building up on the road by using curbs and gutters along the edges.

Installation of utility service connections

New utility service connections will enhance water, storm, and sanitary sewer services to businesses.

Did you know? Most buildings in the city have three separate connections to city pipes: water, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer connections.

Things to know as construction continues
