This winter, get on the fast track to implementing winning strategies for serving francophones within your organization

Introducing our Fast Track Program

All Voices for Safer Care was this year’s theme of the Canadian Patient Safety Week held October 27-31. The theme was a reminder that safer health care is not created by a single person or organization — it’s built together. It was an invitation to listen more deeply, ask important questions, and take meaningful action – together.

Supporting and working with organizations in the building of a safer health and social services system is what the Winning Strategies for serving francophones project is all about.

In just one online session, our new Fast Track Program will help you getting started. In fact, you will leave the session with a completed workplan for the implementation of your winning strategies. The process is simple and effective, and we will provide you with the tools, resources and support to succeed.

Learn about the impacts of being served in one's mother tongue.

A project partner recently surveyed their patients and clients about their experience related to language in a care setting. Their testimonies reveal the numerous positive impacts of being cared for in their own language as well as some dire consequences when it does not happen.
