Do midterms have you feeling frazzled? Pump yourself up with Exam Jam. This drop-in event is free to attend and structured to help you make the most out of midterms. Learn study and time management tricks, get tips for writing certain exams, check in with a tutor, or pop into an exam review session.

New to spin? First time visiting the Hangar? Have no fear—each bike is controlled individually by the operator so you’re welcome to push yourself or work within your limits while listening to some queer artists.

Oct. 8: Check out the Volunteer Fair at next week's Community Market 👀 

You've probably heard of our Community Market on campus, but we're here to tell you that next week they'll be collaborating with our annual Volunteer Fair and you don't want to miss it.

Pass through the Courtyard any time between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm to learn about all the ways you can volunteer on campus and in the community. While you're there you can check out delicious treats, trinkets, and more from local small businesses.

Free yoga? Yes please 🧘  

PSA: There are weekly yoga sessions happening every Wednesday in Nechako. No registration required; just pop by the Nechako Gathering Room (221) at 3:10 pm to join!

All students are welcome to join – no prior yoga experience is necessary. This class is meant to be easy to follow and leave you with techniques to help de-stress.

Yoga mats are available, but please bring your own if you have one.

Receive your TEAL certificate while pursuing your undergraduate degree 

Receive your Teaching English and Additional Languages (TEAL) post-baccalaureate certificate (12 credits) at UBCO! The certificate is designed to prepare students who are new to teaching and includes a practicum component. The certificate is open to students with a minimum third-year standing. Courses will take place online and on campus.
