This week's educator resources, Pathways to Wellness, includes content to support student mental health and well-being through social-emotional learning, trauma-informed practice, and culturally responsive approaches. There are practical tools such as video libraries, discussion guides, and classroom strategies to engage youth in meaningful conversations about hope, healing, and resilience.

Educator Resources:

1. Provided by Well-Being BC, this Video Library offers insights from experts in medicine, psychology, counselling, and education—including Indigenous perspectives—on social-emotional learning, mental health, and trauma-informed practice, with content designed to support educator understanding and classroom application.

2. Provided by We Matter, this Toolkit for Teachers offers content to help engage Indigenous youth by means of inspiring videos, sparking conversations about hope, healing, and mental health.

3. Provided by the World Health Organization, the Helping Adolescents Thrive Toolkit includes strategies to promote and protect adolescent mental health and reduce self-harm and other risk behaviours.
