A Mobilized Team, Summer and Winter

Despite the freezing cold weather we've experienced, recent months have been particularly busy for our team. We've been very active, between the numerous information sessions offered and the many requests from our users and PSR tenants. With the implementation of new rent increase calculation rules, many seniors wanted to better understand these changes, and we were there to support them.

We also had the pleasure of meeting with our valuable partners, including the teams from the Complaints Commissioner's offices of the CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre, East and West, as well as the team responsible for combating elder abuse in Montérégie. These exchanges, combined with various training sessions we attended in recent months, have allowed us to strengthen our knowledge and collaboration.

And that's not all! Spring promises to be just as dynamic, particularly due to a major change in management. Stay tuned... we'll tell you more in our next newsletter!

Sweet News...

Our dear colleague and advisor Giselly Fragoso is preparing to experience a wonderful event: the arrival of her baby expected in early April.

Already a mother, Giselly is about to open a new chapter in her family life and discover once again the magic of first moments, knowing glances and surges of tenderness. A beautiful adventure begins, filled with love, laughter and precious memories to create.

At the end of March, she will leave us to fully enjoy these unique family moments. We will have the joy of welcoming her back among us in spring 2027, enriched by this beautiful interlude.

The entire team sends her our most sincere congratulations and wishes her a sweet meeting, bright days and a multitude of magical little moments.
