Making an impact in the community

A huge shout-out is in order for the Ability Resource Centre for their contributions to Lethbridge parks. This organization offers opportunities and supports for people with disabilities, fostering a sense of community and inclusion.

Teams are formed, and together they participate in various community activities. We are grateful they continue to choose the Adopt-A-Park program to participate in year over year. Three of their teams, comprising of 20 dedicated individuals have adopted two parks near their facility: Park Meadows Green Strip and Labor Club Park. Each team commits to spending one hour each week helping to keep these parks free of litter.
