New Fees for the New Year

Council has approved new fees for 2023.  See the list for full fee changes.  

The application fees have changed to $195.00 for Building Permits and $86.00 for Plumbing Permits.

Digital Drawings Submission

We are moving to full digital plan submission for new applications.

Ready to Apply? Submit application in person at City Hall (171 Main St., Penticton).

a. Your application will be vetted prior to acceptance. Bring in one copy of the drawings (11x17 is acceptable).

b. Once accepted, an application fee is charged and you’ll be given the permit number.

c. When the permit has been created, you can submit your drawings.

Collaborative Industry Workshop

The Building Department will be hosting a collaborative industry workshop on Secondary Suite and Carriage Homes on March 1.

Invitations will be forwarded as soon as we confirm BC Housing CPD certification.
