Deadlines & important upcoming dates
 

Annual Graduate Student Check in - July 8-19

The graduate program will be holding informal, brief (~15 minutes) meetings with graduate students in July.

Students can choose to meet with either a Graduate Advisor (Trish or Mike G), or the Graduate Program Manager (Mimi) over Zoom or in person.

This is mandatory for Zoology students so please remember to sign up.

2025 Go Global faculty-led programs - deadline July 19

Global Seminars are UBC accredited courses taught off-campus, in an international setting. This program model gives UBC faculty a chance to set their classroom in a location that deepens learning, puts subject-matter in context and enriches the academic experience.

1 As of July 22, 2024 myVPN will require use of Duo for multi-factor authentication (MFA). Due to the US-based and Canada-based sanctions that guide Duo's restrictions, individuals logging in from countries affected by these sanctions cannot access these systems. Attempts to log into to Duo MFA-protected applications from a device with an IP address in a sanctioned country will be blocked, resulting in an “Access Denied” error message.
