Thus, Recreation is offering a variety of FREE Group Fitness Classes and new off-campus events with Student Days at F45 and SpinCo. Our signature GLOW WITH THE FLOW event is back for Thrive. Grab your friends as we pack the gym to celebrate movement and mental health with a live DJ, glow sticks, face paint and an incredible night of yoga! Looking to try new sports from other cultures? Intercultural Sport Series starts November 1, meet the student clubs on campus and try new activities! So many Recreation options to keep you healthy this November! Be sure to register early as we help you Find Your Fit! And of course, November is the start of the Heat Varsity Basketball and Volleyball Games. Come and cheer on your HEAT Volleyball teams as they host the Manitoba Bisons on November 4&5 at the Furnace for their home opener.
