The Fraser Highway One-Way Utilities and Public Realm Project will enhance the experience for our businesses, residents, and visitors.

This project focuses on upgrading the aging underground infrastructure that needs to be replaced while revitalizing the Fraser One-Way. The improvements will create more greenerynew community gathering spaces, and enhanced pedestrian amenities for all.

COMPLETED: Installation of new storm sewer manhole

Work is underway for Phase One of the Fraser Highway One-Way Utilities and Public Realm Project.

A new concrete storm sewer manhole has been installed along Fraser Highway, which will form a key component of the City storm sewer system to improve stormwater servicing in the area.

Surface work is ongoing to complete 206 Street.

Note:

  • Limited off-street parking is available between Salt Lane and 206 Street.

Safe passage of pedestrians and vehicles will be facilitated by the use of traffic control signage and personnel during construction hours.
