Summer Registration Date

Save the date! Registration for Summer Programs (July to August) at the UBC Osborne Centre will be on Tuesday, May 28th at 10am.

All program details will available to view on our Online Registration System. 

A Get Active Questionnaire and Fitness Assessment completed in the past year is required to register. If you are a new client interested in BodyWorks, please view our website for more details on how to join our programs.

Registration is still open for select weekly programs for the Spring 2024 term (May to June). 

Exercise Programs 

  • Changing Aging | Fri | 8am or 9am or 10am | 7 sessions | $105
  • Community Fit | Tue | 5pm | 7 sessions | $105
  • Community Fit | Thu | 5:15pm | 7 sessions | $105

Specialty Programs (registration on rolling basis)

  • FAME | Mon | 1pm or 2pm | 6 sessions | $60
  • FAME | Wed | 1pm or 2pm | 7 sessions | $70
  • BWP | Tues | 1pm or 2pm | 7 sessions | $70
  • BWP | Thu | 1pm or 2pm | 7 sessions | $70

Semi-Private Training 

The Semi-Private Training schedule will be expanding for the Spring 2024 term. 

More weekly training sessions will soon be offered and open for registration. 

Another announcement will be released next week with more details. 

 

Long Weekend Reminder

A reminder that UBC BodyWorks will be closed for the Victoria Day long weekend.

There will be no classes from Sat, May 18 to Mon, May 20.

Classes will resume as scheduled on Tue, May 21.
