Intrapersonal Calisthenics

It's natural to experience interpersonal challenges at work. We bring different personalities, values, tools, and perspectives to the table.

To build healthy and strong workplace relationships we need to develop our "intrapersonal calisthenics" or flexibility. A continued practice of trust building is where you:

  • Confront your story
  • Practice vulnerability
  • Surrender certainty

This article highlights a few ways to focus on our own lens (intra) rather than the other person's faults (inter). Consider adding this to your ongoing personal practice.
