๐ Well-being Resources | 3sHealth - AI scribes help patients and providers see eye to eye A quiet but meaningful shift is happening in exam rooms across Saskatchewan. As more clinicians adopt AI scribes to help with documentation, patients and providers are noticing a difference: more eye contact, more engaged conversations, and appointments that feel less rushed. โโโโโโโ Once consent is provided, many patients barely notice the AI scribe running in the background. What they do notice is that their clinician is interacting with more presence, more time to listen, and fewer distractions. โโโโโโโ Physicians say this comes from reduced cognitive load. With the AI scribe capturing the details of the visit, they no longer need to split their attention between the patient and the keyboard. โโโโโโโ โWithout needing to type during the appointment, the rapport is better,โ said family physician Dr. Craig Cantin. โIt makes it easier to really explore what patients are sharing.โ ๐ View full story | Clinical Standards Status Report The Clinical Standards Status Report is a live resource providing up-to-date information on provincial clinical standards document development. It is accessible to both SHA staff and external partners. Hosted in Smartsheet, the report includes details such as the development phase, document type, related education materials, and anticipated publication timelines. Leadership, educators, and point-of-care staff are encouraged to review the report regularly to support implementation planning and training awareness. The Interprofessional Practice team and Document Development leads update the report at least once a month to ensure the information remains current. โโโโโโโFor more information, visit the Clinical Standards webpage or contact clinicalstandards@saskhealthauthority.ca. ๐ Clinical Standards ๐ง Contact | Events and Professional Development | Home Care Information System (HCIS) - Popcorn Learning Sessions ๐
