Celebrate Local Food: Join Richmond's 2026 Farm Stand Season

Richmond is excited to support local farms in connecting directly with residents and visitors through fresh, locally grown food this season.

If you plan to operate a farm stand, please ensure your business licence is renewed and up to date. Applications and renewals can be completed through the City of Richmond MyBusiness Portal.

The 2026 Richmond Local Food Map is also being updated to showcase local farm stands and help residents find fresh local produce. To be included, contact economicdev@richmond.ca by June 3, 2026.

Panel Discussion: Making Invisible Disabilities Visible

Did you know that 1 in 4 Canadians aged 15 and older lives with a disability, many of which are invisible? Businesses and organizations play an important role in creating welcoming, accessible experiences for customers, employees, and the community.

In recognition of National AccessAbility Week (May 31–June 6, 2026), the City of Richmond invites local businesses, employers, and service providers to attend a free virtual panel discussion on improving accessibility for people with invisible disabilities.

Representatives from Aspire Richmond, Pacific Autism Family Network, and Pathways Clubhouse will share lived experiences and practical strategies for creating more inclusive environments and customer service experiences.
