Panel Discussion: Making Invisible Disabilities Visible
Did you know that 1 in 4 Canadians aged 15 and older lives with a disability, many of which are invisible? Businesses and organizations play an important role in creating welcoming, accessible experiences for customers, employees, and the community.
In recognition of National AccessAbility Week (May 31–June 6, 2026), the City of Richmond invites local businesses, employers, and service providers to attend a free virtual panel discussion on improving accessibility for people with invisible disabilities.
Representatives from Aspire Richmond, Pacific Autism Family Network, and Pathways Clubhouse will share lived experiences and practical strategies for creating more inclusive environments and customer service experiences.
