KIN Spooktacular Trivia Night
(Y4-Y5 and Grads)

Wednesday, October 28, 2020 | 7:30-9:30PM PST

After having held a live, fun-filled night of trivia last year, we're bringing it back - but online, and just in time for Halloween! Join us from the comfort of your home as we play a few rounds of trivia with a mix of general and Halloween themed questions. Feel free to dress up to get in the Halloween spirit!

Sign up individually or with a partner to see if you're the top trivia master of the night! You'll get to work in pairs to answer questions; so if you sign up alone, we will try to pair you with another participant.

This escape room will be online and take place over Zoom. We recommend that you have a screen big enough to read the questions and use the zoom chat function (laptop recommended). A zoom link will be sent to you closer to the date.

*Note: If you are signing up with a partner, both of you should fill out a registration form and be sure to name your partner.

Canada’s first 24-Hour Movement Guidelines

Canada’s first 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for Adults offer clear direction on what a healthy 24 hours looks like for Canadian adults aged 18-64 years and 65 years or older. These guidelines are unique because they don’t just focus on a single movement behaviour, but instead look at how all these integrate together. This is the first time there are recommendations on various types of physical activity woven together with guidance on sedentary and sleep behaviours for these age groups.”
